Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement By paying for a programme, you are agreeing to engage NuVerve Coaching & Consulting to provide you with learning or coaching services. This agreement will be valid for 12 months from the point of payment. If you are participating in a 1:1 coaching programme, you are responsible for booking in your own sessions during this time period. If you are participating in a group programme, NuVerve Coaching & Consulting takes responsibility for organising the agreed number of sessions.

Confidentiality NuVerve Coaching & Consulting agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which it has obtained except when authorised by the client or required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the agreement.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property associated with NuVerve Coaching & Consulting services is exclusively the property of Alexandra and Carlos Borges (except when credited as the property of the original creator).

Cancellation & Refunds For 1:1 coaching sessions, we operate a 24h cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24h notice, you will pay for the session. In the unlikely event that we cancel a session with less than 24h notice, you will be offered your choice of alternative timings. For 1:1 coaching, you can decide not to use the rest of your coaching package at any time if you feel it is not a good investment and receive a refund for all unused sessions, (subject to 14 days notice). Should you decide to cancel your coaching agreement before the agreed-upon start date and before any coaching sessions have taken place, a partial refund will be issued, minus a 20% administrative and preparation fee. For group coaching programmes, if you wish to cancel your place on a programme before the programme start date, you can do so with a full refund, up to 7 days before. After that date a 50% refund will take place. If you cancel with less than 24h a refund is not possible any longer.

Indemnification Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever which result out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party. This indemnification will survive the completion of this agreement.

Code of Ethics Alexandra Borges has committed to the ICF's global code of ethics, which is available on their website. Any client of Alexandra Borges is able to submit a complaint about her or her Coaching, via the complaints procedure on the ICF website.
