Hello, I am Alexandra
I am a coach, a consultant, a trainer, a mother, a wife, a friend, a sister, a woman and much more. Like you, I have many roles and like you, I have to keep balancing them.
One thing that I bring to all of my roles is my deep belief in the power of human connection, what having a place to slow down and think can do and the value someone who truly sees you, cheers you up and challenges you brings. This is what I can offer you.
What fuels me is supporting leaders and driven individuals, people like you, in following the path that feels true to you - not the one someone else, pressure or default chooses for you. My favorite quote is this: "Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change" - and it should be you who initiates that change. Sometimes the change is big, like moving to another country, changing careers or choosing an entirely new path. Sometimes it is a subtle realignment in perspective, in the the way you lead, or how you approach things. What matters is that it is made with conviction and clarity.
My coaching approach is rooted in 3 things. You can read more about them below.

My goal is to help you get your own answers so you can take action based on what feels true to you.

Successful Corporate Career
I worked in high paced environments for almost 20 years, first in Consulting, then in BigTech (Google and YouTube). I worked with big brands and agencies. Consulted decision makers. Presented on big stages. Managed stakeholders inside and outside the company. Built strategies, launched them, learned form mistakes, iterated and tried again. Coaching is not about telling you what to do, but I understand where you come from and know how it feels to operate at full speed. That is why I intentionally create a space for you to slow down and think uninterruptedly. Because this is what our brain needs to come up with the best solutions.

Human Connection
My strength always has been to see people for who they really are and what they need, beyond the spoken word. It took me a while to recognize this as an actual strength, because in our world we are so used to acknowledge the hard, loud skills more than the soft, silent ones. In a world where AI can support us a lot with the IQ stuff, everything around EQ becomes more important. By now I realized I can help people get into their thinking and create transformational change quicker because I know what question to ask, when to pause, when to support and when to challenge. This is what my clients value most about working with me.

Big believer in our agency
I am a big believer that we play an active role in creating our careers, lives and our reality. I am not saying, we can control them - we can't, but we have agency in our decisions, our choices and our actions. I come from a multicultural family, my dad is German, my mum from Latin America and in every generation people moved countries and created a life that felt truer to them than the one they had before. These are the stories I grew up with as a child. As an adult, I created my own story: I took the multicultural family I had built by myself by now and moved with them to another country to create a reality for us that was closer to how we wanted to live. In my coaching I want to encourage you to take the lead of what you want in your life or career and act on it. We work with different tools and exercises to bring you closer to your goals - but I take care to work with what you bring and start from there.
Life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change. (Jim Rohn)
My belief:
For me, true transformation begins with genuine human connection, insightful conversations, and a space to slow down and think without interruption.
Change is inevitable. The difference is, if we initiate and direct the change ourselves, or if we let it happen to us and become a passive actor in our own careers and lives. In our busy lives we often lack that space, so we keep running full speed into the direction that we once set for ourselves - or that we were told was the right one. But is this direction still leading to a destination we find meaningful?
To find out if it is, we need to have enough headspace to investigate, be honest enough to take a deeper look and be brave enough to act on what we find - what that means is very individual. We have many answers already in us - but we need someone who gives our thoughts enough space, full attention, challenges some of our positions and acknowledges our reality for those answers to emerge.
My clients describe my style as clear, warm, truly empathetic, full of energy and getting to the core - with the right balance of support and challenge.
Professional Background
-
I am an ICF certified Coach on PCC Level
-
I bring 15+ years of management experience in high-paced environments at YouTube, Google and Consulting, so I can relate to the speed and busyness many of us operate in. This is exactly why I take care of creating a space to slow down during my coaching sessions.
-
In addition to having worked in a professional environment where change and innovation was the daily business, I obtained certificates in New Work and in Change Management & Organizational Change, to deepen that foundation on an academical level.
-
I am also a Certified Trainer for Group Facilitation
Personal
Background
-
I was born and raised in Germany by a German father and a Latin American mother, and now live with my Brazilian husband and our son close to Lisbon.
-
Through this multi-cultural, multi-lingual background, I learned that there is always more than one perspective and that staying open and curious pays out.
-
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. As with Coaching, Yoga gives us access to our own resources: one through reflection and words, one through the body and movement. This is what drew me towards both.
What I value
-
My core values: Freedom, Community and Growth
-
I love hiking in nature & walks by the sea
-
I enjoy time with my family, especially the UNO battles after dinner
-
My friends are very important to me and having them spread around the globe is both demanding and a great reason to travel.
-
Daily movement is my medicine
-
I like hearing and telling stories, especially the ones life creates. It's what connects us as humans.
-
I love visiting Hamburg, where we spend 14 years before moving to Lisbon
