What my clients have in common is they want to take agency in their careers and their lives instead of living by others expectations, chance or pressure. We can work together in different ways, depending on your current needs.
Single deep dive session
In this 2-hour session you bring a specific challenge or situation you want to work on or prepare for.
Some people use this to prepare pitches, difficult conversations or explore how to tackle situations differently. We find tactical solutions and concrete action steps.
8 sessions package
8 sessions à 60-minute
The topic can be a career topic or related to your personal life. These sessions are designed for deeper transformation and sustainable results. We will explore beyond the situation and discover patterns in your personality that might limit you. The goal is for you to be able to recognize these patterns in the future and have strategies that work for you.
6 months allround access
This package gives you unlimited access to my coaching services over a 6 month period
This is for you if you are going through a transformation or change that requires a more intense or dedicated coaching approach. You can have as many coaching sessions as you need and reach out via email or WhatsApp in between with a guaranteed 24h response during weekdays. (Vacation will be specified upfront).

My coachings are in English or German. If you prefer, you can also speak Spanish or Portuguese, as long as you are comfortable with me speaking back in German or English.
The coachings will take place online (over Google Meet) or in person in a dedicated space in Cascais, Portugal.
